Arthritis Hand Pain Pain In My Hand..arthritis???

Pain in my hand..arthritis??? - arthritis hand pain

Well, I noticed that the place right under my thumb on the back of the hand 13th hurts.im I thought that only the older arthritis.i softball practice was yesterday, it is possible that I would have pulled a muscle in your hand? How can I avoid this pain?

  1. I suffer a lot of good. I believe it is caused by an accumulation of lactic acid, also known as nodes of the muscle. I know it can be very painful and will probably feel tight, but if you massage the most delicate part, really helps. Spray a little heat spraying thoroughly or if you do not try to Bathe your hands in hot water. I recommend throwing the challenge of deep warmth that always works for me. The pain should be within a few hours. Hope this helps!

  2. I hope you do not. Do not worry u probably just a muscle because of lactic acid or moved not stretch themselves to try to mucsle, and facilitate the next time stretching before games. Even now, a little ice will also help. Heat Spray helps for some people, no matter what you pulled muscle. Good luck! Feel better!
